Patti was the utmost professional throughout the process. We interviewed several realtors and she was the only one to even ask for a thorough tour of the house before sitting down with comps and determining a market price. In short, she was the only one who listened to us and truly looked at our house and what it had to offer. After getting it on the market, she was very aggressive about getting it shown and getting potential buyers through the house. Although we had to lower the price after a while, we knew that was a matter of the market and that we were doing it in order to get a quicker sale. Even after we moved out and left town, she was incredibly helpful in maintaining the property. We never felt that we were "out of sight, out of mind." Quite the contrary....Patti went out of her way to make sure our home was still out on the market and being shown aggressively and being cared for in a good way. She has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the short-sale process, as well, and has never shied away from this idea, even though it means "working harder for the money." Ultimately, we always knew that Patti was looking out for our stated interests.....getting the sale for a reasonable price as soon as possible. We wouldn't hesitate a second in recommending her to anyone else for whatever their goals may be.
